Hellooo, my foodie friends!! I’m back and I know it’s been quite a while (a whole fricking year that is!!!) It’s so crazy that I’ve been away for so long, extremely sorry about that. I had got a little too stuck into few things and because of that it got difficult to stay up to date with my blog, but this time I’m back with bang, haha! πŸ˜€

I have planned a lot things and a lot of great food blogs for the coming weeks, I have visited some awesome and some not so awesome restaurants, whilst I wasn’t blogging. So, keep yourself hooked to know more about my experience.

I’m really excited to be back, I had totally forgotten how happy I feel in sharing my experience with all of you. This time I’m planning not to keep my blog only food related, but also add some other fun stuff every now then like movie reviews, beauty product reviews,  etc. I won’t be the best in the starting with the other reviews, but your support is what will mean a lot to me. Thanks to each one of you to show so much love. ❀

Learn how to make eggless Mug/Cup cake in a microwave. βœ¨

I love me some cake and I keep craving for cake every now and then, yes I know that’s bad πŸ˜› But the good thing is that you can make it whenever you want to and it’s eggless and it’s very quick too! πŸ˜€ 

Ingredients you’ll need are

Excuse my bad photography and shabby placement. πŸ˜› 

Measurements:

4 Tablespoons of Flour

2 Tablespoons of Sugar

1/8th Teaspoon of Baking Powder

3-4 Tablespoons of Milk (Depends on the consistency) 

1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil/ Butter 

2 Drops of Vanilla Essence 

1-2 Teaspoons of Cocao Powder 

You can add egg too if you eat egg. 

Method: 

Get yourself a big Mug add all the ingredients and mix everything well. As you’re done mixing add a good 1 -2 tablespoons of Nutella in the batter or on the top on the batter. Pop it in the microwave for 2-3 Minutes. The time may vary with different microwaves. 

Let your cake cool a bit and if you’re too eager just like I’m then dig right into it when it’s still warm (just don’t burn you tongue, haha) πŸ˜› 

You can top your cake with a lot of goodness you want like Ice Cream (my favourite), Lotus Biscoff Spread/Biscuits (you can add that into the cake batter too), Whipped cream, Your choice of icing, Fruits (add after you microwave), Your choice of chocolate (you can add that into the battar too), etc πŸ˜€ 


That’s my final product, I just dint add the cacao powder, and topped it with some Happiness (Nutella)

If you’re lazy and you don’t want to do anything like this then you can also get those cake mixes from the shop like betty crocker, pillsbury, dr. oetker, etc. get any of the mixes of your choice abd then take a mug; Add 4 tablespoons of cake mix, 3-4 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of oil, mix it well and pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, top your cake with ice cream or whatever you want and your cake is ready to eat! πŸ˜€
