Mooyah is an All-American concept bringing the flavours of Texan burgers to Dubai. I had both good and bad experience. Let’s get reviewing. 😀
As you all know I’ve been trying out some great burgers and Mooyah has been one of them, Mooyah is like the burger version of subway but better and a little unhealthy too, haha! 😛
You can choose what you want to have from their Signature Burgers or you can even Build Your Own Burger! I opted for building my own burger and I was all excited to build my burger because you can add whatever you want and as much ever you want. I chose my bread, patty and following, I went for the white bread, black bean veggie patty, added few veggies like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, some pickles, onions and grilled onions too (yes I like my onions a lot and yes I do have chewing gum right after I’m done. :P) Then comes the sauces, I went for their signature sauce the Mooyah Sauce, Mayo and some Ranch. For cheese I chose the American cheese, everything together tasted so good. Don’t forget to add some grilled onions to your burger it adds the crunchiness to your burger and some more flavour too 😀
I’ve have had a black bean patty few a little times and got really disappointed about them ever since. So I had a 50-50 mind, but at Mooyah you can taste all the spices, garlic, onion, chilli everything in that one bite you take of your burger and I’ve actually regained my faith in a black bean patty, haha. The patty wasn’t dry and wasn’t soggy either and was properly cooked and freshly made!! Oh you can also get a little adventurous and even add double patties to your burger which is for 33dhs, I went for the single patty :P. My burger was for 24dhs.

It’s time to talk about my favourite part and that is the FRIES, haha you know how much I love my fries, don’t you?? I’m sure you do! 😛
I went for the loaded fries because why not? 😛 No, actually one of their staff suggested me to try the loaded fries and I was like yes sure why not. 😛 I excluded the bacon bits, you can add them if you’re a non vegetarian! Loaded fries has loads of aged creamy cheddar cheese sauce drizzled with some ranch dressing and topped with jalapenos. Yes, its a bit pricy but if you love fries then you can surely try them! Loaded fries is for 22dhs.
I even tasted the Onion Rings, oh my lord! So crunchy and so good. I even had the cheese fries from my friends and they were as good as the loaded fries. Onion Rings is for 12dhs and Cheese Fries is for 16dhs. Their soft drinks are refillable and for 10dhs.
The second time I had been to Mooyah I had a kind of not good experience, my burger was all breaking through, patty tasted as good as the last time, but the bread was a little stale if I’m not wrong because it was really crumbly and breaking with every bite I took. Fresh breads don’t crumb as much as stale bread do. I don’t like my burger breaking with every bite I take, then things start getting to messy and all. But nevertheless there is always a bad experience at a good place sometimes, isn’t it? That’s what I think.
What I really liked about their burger is that they’re really filling and yes like every other joint everything together can get a little pricy but if you and your friends are going you can always share, Am I right or Am I right? Haha 😉
